REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Each School needs to submit a registration form and the proof of payment for registration fees via the online form provided on this website.

The registration fee is RM10 per student. Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to

SCHOOL REGISTRATION

  • This form must be filled by school coordinator only.
  • Each school coordinator must ensure that all particulars provided are precise and complete. 
  • The full name and identification number (NRIC) must be the same as on the identification card. 
  • These particulars will be used by the committees for registration, examination, and certification purposes. 
  • The maximum number of student participants for each school is 30.
