SCHOOL REGISTRATION
- This form must be filled in by school's coordinator only.
- The template provided is for "view-only". Please download the TEMPLATE before register.
- Each school coordinator must ensure that all particulars provided are precise and complete.
- The fullname and identification number (NRIC) must be the same as on the identification card.
- All the information submitted will be used by the committees for registration, examination, and certification purposes.
- IBN AL-HAYTHAM CATEGORY: The maximum number of student participants for each school is 30.
- AL-KHAWARIZIMI CATEGORY: The maximum number of student participants for each school is 20.
