IVPC 3.0

CELPAD, IIUM is delighted to invite you to the Sejahtera – Intervarsity Proficiency Competition (IVPC) 3.0. This event, themed ‘Unity in Diverse Proficiencies’, will take place online from May 3rd, 2024, to July 19th, 2024.

For this year’s competition, eligible participants are invited to enter a video contest. Participants are required to submit a pre-recorded video that aligns with the given theme. The contest is divided into five short video categories, each representing one of the five divisions within CELPAD :
English Language, Quranic Language, Bahasa Melayu, Tilawah and Mandarin.

The submitted work must contain the following content:

🌎SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) :
SDG 4, 8, 9, 11, 12 or 16
OR
🌏Values: Family Relationship / Ethics in Social Media

OBJECTIVES OF IVPC 3.0:

📍make students realize the importance of English/Arabic/BM and Mandarin languages
📍create an English/Arabic/BM and Mandarin language environment
📍make learning English/Arabic/BM and Mandarin languages interesting
📍promote creative thinking and teamwork by using these languages
📍motivate the students who lack self-confidence in using these languages – English/Arabic/BM and Mandarin
📍provide students the platform to utilize their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
📍 expose the importance of SDGs in the university
 📍inculcate good values among the students
