VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Every team is required to create a video presentation showcasing the distinctiveness of their innovation.

Participants are free to decide the structure or storyline of the video, encouraging creative expression.

To maximize scores, it is advisable that the video content meets the judging criteria.

The video should not exceed 5 minutes and must be uploaded as a single, high-quality file.

Please place the introduction on the front page at the start of the video. Upload it as ‘unlisted’ on YouTube, and make sure the title begins with IGI<your ID><TITLE>.

The file must be in MP4 format and renamed with the project ID.

Supporting documents are optional and should be uploaded as a separate PDF file.

All qualified submissions will be evaluated by a panel of industry and academic experts.
JUDGING CRITERIA
The panel will evaluate submissions based on the following standards:
Novelty & Uniqueness – The work must be original.
Benefit to mankind –The work should offer benefits across various levels, including various sectors, whether at the national, community, or school level.
Commercialization – The work needs to be easily used and appealing to potential buyers.
Status of Invention/ Innovation/ Design – The work must be either a prototype or prepared for use and must come with any relevant recognition, publications, or intellectual property documentation.
Video Presentation – The video should be of high quality and clarity. It should not exceed 5 minutes in duration.
