1. Judges are allowed to take part in the event, but the judging committee will make sure they do not assess their own projects if they also participate.
2. To prevent any conflicts of interest, all judging guidelines will be provided to the judges a few days prior to the start of the judging session.
3. E-Certificates will be awarded to judges who have completed evaluating all the tasks assigned to them.
